We ship within Australia only, dispatch orders within 1–2 business days, and offer free standard shipping on orders over $150.

Processing

Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are usually dispatched the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. If an item is out of stock after you order, we’ll contact you to offer a wait time, a substitute or a full refund.

Tracking

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number when your order is dispatched.

Click & Collect

Collect from Evolve Plastic Surgery & Skin Clinic, 26 Manningham Road, Bulleen VIC 3105, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm. Please bring your order confirmation. Orders not collected within 30 days may be cancelled and refunded.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address, but we’ll help where we can. Parcels can be sent to a PO Box or Parcel Locker.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll lodge an investigation with the carrier and send a replacement or refund once it’s confirmed lost or damaged.

International orders

We currently don’t ship outside Australia.
