Facial Rejuvenation
Facial rejuvenation at Evolve Skin Clinic is a doctor-led cosmetic injectable service for adults concerned about the visible signs of facial ageing. Every treatment is personally administered by Dr Namrata Anavekar FRACS, Specialist Plastic Surgeon, at our Bulleen clinic, and only after a consultation.
What is facial rejuvenation?
Facial rejuvenation describes cosmetic injectable treatments that aim to refresh the appearance of the face. Whether an injectable treatment is right for you, and which one, is a medical decision. It is made by Dr Anavekar after assessing you in person.
Australian advertising law doesn't allow us to name or describe specific injectable products online. At your consultation, Dr Anavekar will explain your options, the products she would use, how they work and their risks.
Why a surgeon-led injectables service?
- Assessment by a Specialist Plastic Surgeon with training in facial anatomy.
- Honest advice. If a skin treatment, surgery or no treatment would suit your concern better, you'll be told.
- Joined-up care. Injectable treatment can be planned alongside skin clinic treatments or surgery, with timing that suits both.
What happens at your consultation?
Dr Anavekar will ask about your concerns, goals, medical history, medications and any previous treatments, and assess your face. She will explain which options may suit you, what is involved, the risks and the cost. There is no obligation to proceed.
Who may be suitable?
We treat adults only. Suitability depends on your health, medications and goals. Some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with certain medical conditions. This is assessed at your consultation.
After treatment
You'll receive written aftercare instructions and post treatment advice from Dr Anavekar. Results vary between individuals, and some treatments take time to show an effect. Depending on how your body reacts to the injectable dose provided initially, you may require a top up dose to achieve the desired goal.
Risks
All injectable treatments carry risks. Common side effects include redness, swelling, tenderness and bruising at the injection sites. Dr Anavekar will explain less common and rare risks at your consultation, and what to do if you have concerns afterwards.
Cost
Cost depends on your individual treatment plan and the units administered. You'll receive a written quote at your consultation before any treatment. The cost of a cosmetic injectables consultation with Dr Anavekar is $250, which is rebatable on a future treatment.

Most people describe brief, mild discomfort. Dr Anavekar will discuss comfort options with you.
Can it be combined with skin treatments?
Yes. Many patients combine injectable treatment with Dermal Clinician treatments such as chemical peels, SkinPen microneedling or LED therapy. We'll plan the timing with you.
