These terms apply to all purchases from the Evolve online shop at evolvesurgery.com.au, operated by Evolve Plastic Surgery & Skin Clinic, ABN 72 060 833 896. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy and our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay and Link. You can also pay in instalments with Klarna, subject to Klarna’s own terms and approval. All payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Orders

Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch or ready-to-collect email. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is unavailable, a price was displayed in error, or we suspect fraud. We may limit quantities per order.

Pricing errors

We take care to display correct prices. If an obvious error occurs, we’ll contact you before dispatch and give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can, but packaging and formulations may change. Always read the label before use. Products are for external cosmetic use only.

Promotional codes

One code per order unless stated otherwise. Codes can’t be exchanged for cash or applied to past orders.

To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any product is limited to replacing it, supplying an equivalent product, or refunding the price paid. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy

We collect your details only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. See our Privacy Policy. We’ll only send marketing emails if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
